ABOUT ANDY GODDARD

I believe that health and fitness should be something that we enjoy and is included as part of a healthy lifestyle, which also means being able to work this around your routine whilst still enjoying other hobbies and interests. My aim as a personal trainer is support you to prioritise exercise and your health and work towards this being a long-term transformation.


I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years through employment and my own training in gyms. Leading an active, healthy lifestyle has always been my passion and being able to share my knowledge and support others to achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding.


I have always been interested in sport and health, which led me to studying Sports Science at University and completing a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, which have provided me with expertise in creating training programmes for a range of people, including elite-level athletes.

 

I also play and coach football and love a fitness challenge – a few that I have completed are Nuclear Races, Three Peaks Challenge and Vitality 10k.


I believe social media can have lots of benefits and this is a platform that I use regularly to promote a healthy lifestyle and provide tips and workouts that you can do in the gym or from home. Check it out at @andygoddard_pt.
